Terms of Sale
Scope
These Terms of Sale ("Terms") govern the purchase of digital products (including guides, e-books and other downloadable educational content, "Digital Products") through the OO WELL website operated by PURENUTRITION SRL ("the Company", "we", "our"). These Terms apply in addition to the Website Terms of Use and the Website Privacy Policy.
These Terms do not apply to the OO WELL mobile application, wellness programs or in-person consultations, which are governed by separate agreements.

Digital Products
The Digital Products sold on the Website are provided exclusively in electronic form (for example, a downloadable PDF file or an access link) to the email address you provide when placing your order. No physical goods are shipped. Digital Products become available immediately or shortly after successful payment confirmation.
Prices and Payment
All prices are stated in EUR (or in the currency indicated at checkout) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Payment is processed through MAIB (Banca Comercială "Moldova Agroindbank" S.A.), a licensed payment service provider. OO WELL does not collect or store full payment card details; this information is processed directly and securely by MAIB in accordance with its own security standards (including PCI DSS).
The contract for the purchase of a Digital Product is deemed concluded upon successful authorization and confirmation of payment.
Right of Withdrawal for Digital Content
In accordance with applicable consumer protection law, consumers generally have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
However, this right does not apply and is lost once performance of the contract has begun, provided that all of the following conditions are met:
- You gave prior express consent for the supply of the Digital Product to begin before the expiry of the 14-day withdrawal period; and
- You acknowledged that, by giving such consent, you lose your right of withdrawal from the moment the supply of the product begins.
This consent and acknowledgment are recorded via a separate, clearly labeled checkbox at checkout, before payment is made. If you do not provide such consent, the supply of the Digital Product will not begin until the 14-day withdrawal period has expired.
If you have provided the required consent and acknowledgment, you will not be entitled to a refund once the Digital Product has been made available to you, except as set out in the section below.
Defective or Unavailable Digital Products
If a Digital Product has a material defect, is corrupted, does not match its description, or is unavailable for a reason attributable to OO WELL, you are entitled to request, within a reasonable time, either a working replacement file or a full refund, regardless of the waiver of the right of withdrawal described above. Requests should be sent to info@oowell.health with a description of the issue.
Intellectual Property
Digital Products are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws and are licensed to you, not sold, solely for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, publicly share or otherwise make available any Digital Product, in whole or in part, to third parties without the prior written permission of PURENUTRITION SRL.
Consumer Complaints
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for reasons not covered by the section above on defective products, you may contact us at info@oowell.health. Where applicable, you may also file a complaint with the competent consumer protection authority of the Republic of Moldova.
Limitation of Liability
Digital Products are provided solely for educational and informational purposes and do not constitute medical, nutritional or other professional advice tailored to your individual situation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PURENUTRITION SRL shall not be liable for any indirect damages, loss of profit, or personal decisions made on the basis of the content of a Digital Product.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Moldova. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of Moldova, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.
