OO WELL — Delete Your Account

You can request deletion of your OO WELL account and associated personal data at any time, even without using the app.

How to request deletion:

Send an email to info@oowell.health with the subject line "Account Deletion Request", including the email address or phone number linked to your account.

What happens next:

We will process your request within 30 days. Your account will be deactivated immediately upon request. Health-related records, consultation history, and transaction records may be retained for a limited period as required by applicable law and our Privacy Policy, before permanent deletion or irreversible anonymization. Financial and accounting records are retained according to applicable tax and accounting requirements regardless of account deletion.
